Soft, simple, colorful, and warm ache relief


Years ago, I had a relative give me my very own "Corn bag". You pop it in the microwave to heat it, and place it anywhere you want, I personally prefer my feet as they always seem to get cold in the winter. Today years later, I'm still making them, but a couple days ago found an excellent new idea! You see, when you make fabric for www.spoonflower.com, you have to order some of it to "proof" before you may sell it as the printed color palette differs from that of what you may be seeing on your computer screen. So of coarse I have a nice small collection of sample swatches just like many other artists who create and sell on Spoon Flower. One of these artists has found that they make excellent miniature heat bags, what a grand idea! I had to try it for myself, although I used whole flax in mine over rice, it really is the perfect little bag and fits over my face as well as hands very nicely. I will most certainly be making more, and I encourage you to try it for yourself as well. Here are the simple instructions:
