A bit of primitive creation

I had an idea, something simple, to create my own version of a primitive doll in the style of, what else? A Corgi. Although not happy at first at all, setting him aside for a couple months before finally deciding to add the painted details, I must say his design has grown on me. The homespun ribbon just added the final touch to make him perfect, as perfect as a rustic country style creation can be.
