Mmmmm, those yummy liver brownies!



Here is a recipe for the last batch of liver bait I made:

About 1/2 pound of beef heart
About 1 -1/2 pounds liver
About 1/2 an apple chopped
About 2 table spoon of honey
About 1/2 cup of molasses

About a tea spoon of Ginger and garlic
About 3/4 cup flour


With an emersion blender, grind all the ingredients together except flour in a bowl. Sift flower to avoid lumps and fold in. Pour out onto a greased baking sheet, one with sides of coarse, and place in a pre-heated oven at around 2.25 degrees, for about 3 hours.
After removing it from the pan use a pizza cutter to slice the brownies into many small square bites!
